Quiet Storm is looking for an Account Director to join their team for one year as maternity cover from August 2021.

Here’s what you’ll do
As a senior role within a small Account Management team, you will be given the opportunity to lead significant pieces of business within the agency and work closely with the agency leadership on a daily basis, including the CEO and ECD.
Key responsibilities
- Building excellent client (and internal) relationships
- Lead the process on a number of key accounts
- Commercial growth and profitability
- Partner with Planning team to develop strategy
- Push for outstanding creative work
The ideal candidate
Experience with managing TTL campaigns, including AV is essential and a proven track record in building strong, collaborative relationships, that develop inspiring strategic platforms and outstanding creative work.
In addition to excellent Account Management fundamentals, the successful candidate will have, high EQ and people skills, curiosity and bravery, along with an entrepreneurial outlook and a high degree of self-motivation.
