The candidate

Team Zadrian + Sarah are looking for a motivated and passionate Business Operations Manager to join their team in Notting Hill. Working within a busy celebrity and private client styling team, this role will be ideal for an organized and savvy candidate with an administrative assistant background or someone who has experience applying business skills in the fashion sector; whether in sales, production, or studio operations. Team Zadrian + Sarah are looking for someone flexible in order to work seamlessly with their small team and eager to contribute to the smooth running of a fast-paced styling company. The successful applicant will report directly to the business founders, Zadrian Smith and Sarah Edmiston.

His or her primary responsibilities will include supporting administrative tasks surrounding scheduling for a busy team in multiple time zones, smooth management of our Notting Hill based studio, and driving new business for the studio. They are looking for a self-motivated revenue minded individual, who is proactive in outreaching to new potential clients both on the celebrity and private client side. In addition, the job would include communicating with clients’ publicists and agents, managing team revenue and expenses, although all detailed financial work will be undertaken by the company’s accountant.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and will pride themselves on their efficiency, ability to multi-task, time management skills, and attention to detail. This role would be particularly suitable for someone interested in strengthening their skills on the business side of fashion, given that the bulk of job responsibilities will be administrative. Key Duties and Responsibilities

– Supporting founders
– Managing studio bills and expenses per client job
– Maintaining a comprehensive analysis of revenue
– Scheduling all team meetings and managing the global calendar
– Filling out contracts and writing deal memos
– Managing client, publicist, and agent relationships
– Collating receipts and keeping track of billing
– Driving new revenue streams and facilitating brand deals

Hours: Full Time
Experience: 2 to 5 years
