With teams in London (Notting Hill), New York and Los Angeles, the duo run a busy elite styling company working with a carefully curated list of celebrity and high-profile private clients, for VIP styling, commercial campaigns and brand consultancy.

THE JOB

Team Zadrian + Sarah are bidding farewell to their London Studio Manager and Creative Director of ten years and are looking to welcome a new hire to the role based in Notting Hill. This role is the senior staff position on the celebrity styling side of the business, reporting directly to founder Zadrian Smith. This motivated and passionate team member will run the studio, oversee two fashion assistants, lead on all celebrity clients for shoots, preps, fittings and dressings, work closely with the larger global team and maintain impeccable relationships with global brands and PR firms. 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

This full-time role will be ideal for a stylist with 5-10 years of previous fashion experience including 1st Assistant, Fashion Cupboard Manager or Studio Manager work on their CV. They will run the London studio and lend their impeccable organisational skills to managing their team and lending their eye and aesthetic to their work with the Zadrian + Sarah roster of clients. Additionally, they will act as founder Zadrian Smith’s right hand, and be responsible for moderate personal assisting tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

InDesign and Adobe Suite experience is a necessity.

Represent Zadrian + Sarah studio within the fashion community.

Perfect rolodex of PR and brand contacts and relationships.

Ability to manage a team of junior fashion assistants.

Ability to seamlessly run a fashion cupboard/studio.

Styling menswear and womenswear and gender neutral clients with equal comfort.

Prepping RTW, jewelry and shoes for full press tours, shoots, and red carpet looks.

Conducting fittings.

Overseeing custom projects.

Dressing clients and traveling with clients for styling at international film festivals etc…

Doing new brand research and keeping abreast of new collections.

Researching and working on pitch boards

Building “boards” of confirmed looks and style directions in In-Design.

General Admin including managing tailoring invoices.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong Manager.

Extremely organized.

Self Motivated.

Ability to delegate.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Positive Attitude.

Willingness to work hours and days outside of a standard 9-5 work week to align with client’s schedules and needs.
