With Nothing Underneath (WNU) is a British clothing brand founded in 2017 by Pip Durell, a former Tatler editor and Vogue stylist. The brand specialises in shirts for women, drawing inspiration from men’s tailoring and aiming for a timeless, effortless style. WNU emphasises sustainability in its production and materials, focusing on creating durable, high-quality wardrobe staples.
The brand is seeking a motivated Email Marketing Intern to join its marketing team and support its loyalty and retention initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in email marketing, campaign management, design and data analysis under the guidance of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Lead.

Campaign Management & Execution
Assist with campaign ideation and creative development
Support A/B testing setup, execution, and analysis
Handle campaign builds and edits
Generate basic reporting
Plan and develop SMS campaign strategies (with growth opportunity)
Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
Research relevant webinars, podcasts, and newsletters to bring fresh insights to the team
Strategic Support
Collaborate on customer lifecycle marketing initiatives
Assist with campaign optimisation recommendations
Support data analysis and customer segmentation efforts
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. Please note: the applicant must be a student at university requiring a work placement as part of their degree.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing tools
Basic understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the CRM Lead, who will provide ongoing guidance, training, and oversight of all projects and initiatives.
