The Department & Team

As the Senior Manager Inclusion & Diversity, Workplace Programs you will drive the Internal I&D Workplace initiatives. Your role is critical in driving change in the organization and bringing its I&D commitment to life.

The Inclusion and Diversity function is part of the larger Sustainable Business & Innovation team, and PVH has a holistic approach to diversity. What Will A Successful Candidate Bring To The Role?

The successful candidate will be an influential and experienced I&D professional to partner with the business and HR to execute against the PVH I&D strategy by providing cutting-edge programs that help the business grow an inclusive and diverse culture.

You will use your skills to work both across the business as well as deep dive with specific teams to help them apply I&D best practices. You’ll partner within the I&D team to design, coordinate, track and measure the I&D initiatives and overall plan.

The Position:

The Senior Manager Inclusion & Diversity, Workplace will lead workplace pillar change initiatives and programs to foster a Culture of Inclusion. In this role you drive I&D solutions to increase representation, I&D learning and employee engagement across our offices and stores in EMEA for a population of 11.000. You will provide an I&D lens to HR policies, programs, benefits and services to ensure that they are applied equitably and fairly to all populations within PVH. In this role you report directly into the Senior Director, I&D.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the HR team to drive change in HR policies and Talent practices through the I&D lens.
  • Deploy and roll out the EMEA Diverse Candidate Slate Requirement.
  • Design and support the roll out of other Inclusive Hiring practices, e.g. Interview Guides, Job description templates.
  • Support the global development of an Inclusive Leadership Behavior framework and roll out in EMEA.
  • Support the global development of People Manager capabilities incl.
  • Inclusive Representation, develop and drive internal programs that increase representation across the organization.
  • Development of the I&D Data Roadmap and roll out the Diversity Data reporting incl KPI setting.
  • Manage the EMEA Self Identification survey and report.
  • Ensure continuous education of the organization on all facets of I&D. Partner with talent development and external resources on the delivery of I&D learning.

  • Think big to identify the root causes of problems through an expanded, holistic view and long-term perspective
  • Lead change enablement activities using a structured methodology; creatively adapt to best resonate with our stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in human resources, diversity, or organisational development designing and delivering I&D programs, including talent and culture programs
  • Track record driving measurable business outcomes through I&D solutions
  • Proven knowledge of principles, methods and tools within I&D
  • Advanced Change and project management skills, and ability to operationalise and scale programs. Experience effectively partnering with business teams to build effective programs and strategies
  • Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently
  • High level of comfort using data-driven decision making
  • Strong analytic skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically
  • Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast moving environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
  • High EQ / interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across functions
