Support design in feasibility, up to date on trends, suggestion on style from a product point of view while keeping in mind merchandising input and consistency in the assigned category
Work closely with Design Office on receiving inputs and sketches for the new collection
Compilation of the bill of materials and the transfer of information to suppliers
Processing of data related to prototype and BOM development (PLM System)
Daily follow up with Suppliers
Support in management of requests from the Design team (insertion in the system, updating the collection board)
Manage the whole prototyping and sampling phase until putting the products into production, making sure that the direction, brief and expectations given by the Designers and Creative Director, have been taken into consideration and fully respected
Collaborate with Industrialization and Production Team to share, on a timely and accurate manner, all the relevant information
Ensure that the budget allocated, the collection timing, deliver request as well as final price target are always followed and respected
Support in materials research
Attend fitting meetings
Attend trade show fairs
Keeping trims and embroideries archives up to date
1-2 years of experience in the product development area
Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
Good command of Excel
