About the Role

The successful candidate will mostly lead on one of the major innovative luxury clients, there will also be some room within the position to get involved in several other disruptive creative projects across the business.

As part of the Insights & Strategy team at a globally renowned agency, you will experience a variety of strategic output from creative campaigns, positioning projects, music videos, podcasts, editorial, films, PR initiatives and digital executions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships with clients, lead in presenting and active communication on a large global account
  • Collaborate in partnership with a wide range of internal departments, especially creative teams and insights
  • Inspiring everyone to see a strategic way forward, especially clients and senior management
  • Be maverick in your strategic thinking, don’t be afraid of bold ideas and bringing wild cards to the table.
  • Be an expert in persuasion and rationale to help bold, brave ideas cross the line with the client.
  • Work closely with the executive creative director to ensure all creative responses are built from a solid strategic foundation and the strategy is continually applied though all projects
  • Work closely with the insights team on consumer behaviour, market research and cultural research
  • Lead inspiring creative briefs and conduct idea provoking workshops
  • Recognise opportunities in client briefs, be the objective voice in the room and a key decision-maker – Manage most of the strategic decision making, strategic input and output
  • Be responsible for consistent quality of output from the strategy department on this account: especially on pitch documents and creative briefs
  • Develop best-in-class strategies, problem solve & find solutions

Experience Required

Strong background in planning & strategy with past experience leading a global account. The ideal candidate will have formed their experience at some of the most creative, innovative & culturally connected agencies. Your previous working environments will have formed you to foster a start-up mentality with an entrepreneurial, tenacious attitude.

WHAT WE OFFER

  1. This is a permanent role and full time (40 hours a week).
  2. Salary to be negotiated but commensurate with experience and this type of role.
  3. This will be a mid-senior level reporting to the Head of Insight & Strategy.
  4. We are looking for someone to join as soon as possible however, we are ready to wait for the right candidate.
