To Land This Role:
- 7- 10 years retail store management experience, previous multi-store management preferred
- A genuine enthusiasm about the fashion industry and product
- Proven ability to drive sales and motivate teams through honesty, kindness, passion, humility, integrity, compassion, excellence and humor (all of our values)
- Ability to be agile and change course when necessary
- Excellent business development and communication skills
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 195,000.00 USD – 255,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
