To support their Styling team they are searching for a Senior Stylist – Womenswear (f/m/d) to be based in their Milan office.

Responsibilities
- Considering the mytheresa.com DNA and brand specifications, create and shoot outfits with high quality standards
- Attend team meetings, internal brand trainings and proactively keep up with all brands updates to ensure consistency of style
- Have a good balance between hitting targets and creative flair
- Responsible to ensure, per week, no more than 5% of your work is reshot
- Ensure all product managed is handled with care
Who You Are
- Graduate degree in fashion, styling or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in fashion styling, ideally within the field of ecommerce
- Extraordinarily styling competence (in womenswear) according to the clientele, designers and products of mytheresa.com
- Experience working with models
- A real sense of runway looks and what trends are happening each season
- Able to work well and motivate as part of a team in a highly pressurized environment with good time management
- Excellent oral and written English knowledge
