Our Social Media Executive is responsible for implementing social media marketing for the brands.

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the development of the yearly digital marketing strategy; agree on action plans, and initiatives and finalise the yearly campaigns calendar (in line with the Global calendar)
  • Create effective social media content (copy and visual content) following the market’s latest trends that are relevant to the brand’s marketing activities.
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the brand image.
  • Interact with customers via the brand’s social media accounts.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media content performance, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
  • Measure and report the performance of all social media content, analyse data to optimize the digital strategy, identify opportunities and conduct tests across all channels.
  • Monitor the brand’s online reputation & awareness through social listening tools.


  • A University Degree in Marketing or any relevant field/ Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is a plus
  • Collaborative mentality
  • Copywriting skills in Arabic and English – Arabic speaking is essential.
  • Strong background in social media content creation is essential.
  • Experience in using social media management tools such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
  • Knowing key beauty trends and understanding the social media landscape
