Responsibilities

● Managing press and influencer mailings, ordering daily sendouts via warehouse.
● Management and organisation of the office / client beauty cupboard ensuring the press office
is fully stocked with samples, bags and tissue etc
● Daily review of media coverage, saving down clippings and social posts into weekly or monthly
report
● Oversee and finalise reporting for each client ready for timely manager/director review
● Bring articles of interest to your team that could benefit your client
● Sharing agendas and meeting notes (24 hours before and within 24 hours after)
● Managing the organisation of client call scheduling with wider team (ensure no clashes)
● Create detailed, relevant and organised minutes following every client meeting, circulating to
the wider team
● Responsible for tracking, saving and monitoring all coverage and social clips, saving down
Gorkana, Tribe and MMI clippings
● Assist on managing press, celebrity MUA, and influencer databases for each client
● Research new influencers to onboard to client portfolio
● Research-venues and creative mailings where necessary
● Bring creative ideas to meetings for events, mailers and partnerships
● Support team on all launch campaigns, events and press trips where necessary
● Ensure google drive folders are up to date and organised
● Managing and organising assets for all clients on drive
● Genuine interest in the beauty industry and the UK media landscape
● Outstanding administrational and organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
● Managing work experience to assist across clients
● Managing upwards ensuring your managers and directors are fully up to speed on all your
projects
● Proficiency in Google drive, Word, Excel and PowerPoint – Experience of working with
analytical tools e.g. Kantar, My Market Insights, Google Analytics, Diary Directory
● Team player, positive, can do attitude, eager to learn and always with a smile!
