Here’s what you’ll do

Lead the Global Social Media Manager and Content Producer and form a close team with your peers in the Movement team, such as the Global PR Manager, Project Manager and Copy Writers. Together, you’ll create impact.

  • Take ownership over the global content calendar
  • Set up smooth processes for effective collaboration between you, the local marketing teams, the Content Producer and Global Social Media Manager
  • Create content formats and implications for all owned channels
  • Closely collaborate with your manager, the Movement Lead, to ensure content is on-brand and your work follows the general marketing and communication strategies
  • Manage projects from initial brief to final delivery, including creative development, design and production
  • Provide a clear direction and feedback to your key stakeholders – especially the local marketing teams – and coordinate internal and external production teams
  • Build on seasonal narrative and apply brand story-telling
  • Identify trends in the market and translate them into adaptations in your work
  • Stay on top of the numbers! Manage the budget and track performance data

The ideal candidate

You love transforming creative content into globally relevant marketing campaigns and can identify yourself with Tony’s brand and mission? Read further!

For Global Content Manager position, the brand is looking for someone with 7-10 years of experience in relevant positions, out of which you should have spent at least 3 years in a global content management role with coordination of international marketing teams. Social Media Management is part of your expertise – you have a proven track record of ensuring social content aligns with the global content strategies.

You speak and write English on excellent level. Dutch or French are plus. Maybe we should write the following as a benefit, but let’s keep it here for now: You’re experienced working with different cultures and are open to travel to West Africa (once it’s possible and safe to travel again, obviously).

Ideally, you come with experience working on content strategies for a mission-driven company already.
