How Meeting Creative Professionals Changes Young People’s Futures

17.09.2026

Who Showed You What Was Possible?

It’s a simple question, but one that stays with us.

For many of us, our ambitions were shaped by someone who helped us imagine a future we hadn’t considered before. A teacher. A family member. A neighbour. A mentor. Someone whose story made us think, “Maybe I could do that too.”

Recently, 150 young people experienced that moment at our latest Creative Careers Panel where students meet professionals working across the creative industries, many for the very first time.

Our panellists; Fi Collins of Amazon Fashion & Sports, Katya Perry of TikTok, Deborah Latouche founder of the luxury modest fashion brand, SABIRAH, Sugar Ansari of Moschino, Alexis Williams founder of TriplePinch Media Strategy Agency, and renowned model and mathematician, Fadhi Mohamed, shared much more than job titles when they spoke honestly about the paths that brought them to where they are today, the challenges they faced, the opportunities they created and the advice they wish they’d received when they were still at school.

Our Creative Careers Panels are much more than industry pros talking about careers they’re an opportunity for the next generation of talent to meet someone doing a job they’d only ever imagined.
